Login Issues

Our membership software requires the use of cookies to log in to our website. You may not be able to log in if you are using “private browsing,” ad- or script-blocking plugins, or if your browser does not allow cookies.

The simplest answer is to try using a different computer or internet browser, but if that is not available to you, you can try the following.


  1. Go to Chrome > Preferences > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data.
  2. Choose either: “Allow all cookies” or “Block third-party cookies in incognito mode”
  3. Make sure “Send a ‘Do Not Track’ request with your browsing traffic” is unchecked
  4. Scroll down to Sites that can always use cookies and click Add.
    • Copy and paste “[*.]ahvma.org” and click Add.
    • Then copy and paste “[*.]wildapricot.com” and click Add.
  5. Click See all cookies and site data, search for ahvma, and delete all AHVMA-related entries.
  6. Restart Chrome and log into AHVMA.


  1. Go to Firefox > Preferences > Privacy and Security.
  2. Under Cookies and Site Data, click on Manage Exceptions.
    1. Copy and paste “https://ahvma.org” and click Allow.
    2. Then copy and paste “https://wildapricot.com” and click Allow, then Save Changes.
  3. Next, click on Manage Data.
  4. Search for ahvma and select Remove All Shown.
  5. Click Save Changes and confirm in the pop-up window by clicking Remove.
  6. Restart Firefox and log into AHVMA.


  1. Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy.
  2. Uncheck Block all cookies and Prevent cross-site tracking.
  3. Click on Manage Website Data.
  4. Search for ahvma and remove all AHVMA-related entries.
  5. Restart Safari and log into AHVMA.

Internet Explorer

  1. Go to Tools (gear icon) > Internet Options > Privacy.
  2. Under Settings, move the slider to the bottom to allow all cookies, and then click OK.

iPad/iPhone users

  1. Go to Settings > Safari.
  2. Turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.
  3. Turn off Block All Cookies.
